My stay at Pasha Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was super convenient with nearby transport options and local shops, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating, but the overall state of the room could use a serious facelift to enhance comfort and satisfaction.

Rooms
5.0
The room was in dire need of cleaning and refurbishing, with noticeable dust and a cracked wardrobe. Water from the shower spilled on the floor due to a short shower screen, and the overall environment felt a bit run down.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, managing requests for late checkout without issue. They even provided local recommendations, which was nice.
Location
6.0
I really liked the hotel's location as it was close to several transport links and shops. However, it felt a bit unsafe late at night and was noisy due to the train nearby.
Dining
5.0
There were plenty of food options nearby, but I didn't try the hotel dining. The self-serve breakfast could have been more inviting and quicker.
Facilities
5.0
The basic amenities were present, like tea and coffee facilities, but the overall condition of the hotel and its fixtures felt outdated and in need of replacement.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall upkeep of the facilities was disappointing, with many areas showing signs of neglect. The noise from the nearby train tracks was also a downside, affecting the peace I hoped for during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious compared to many London hotels, but it felt like it needed some real maintenance. I noticed a few issues like poorly repainted surfaces and an out-of-order A/C system. The tiny TV and weak Wi-Fi signal were additional hiccups during my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff were really nice and went out of their way to help with bags and local recommendations. However, my interaction regarding a noisy guest was less than satisfactory, as it took a while to resolve the issue.
Location
7.0
The location is quite convenient, with easy access to buses for getting around London. But being so close to a busy train line made it rather noisy at night, which was troublesome.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very basic, but adequate for a quick start to the day. There are also options nearby for dining, although I didn't find anything particularly special.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were a bit shabby overall. Although the generous size of the bathrooms was a plus, many areas seemed neglected, with outdated furnishings and decor.

While I found the Pasha Hotel to be budget-friendly with a clean room, there were some notable downsides. The atmosphere in the hallways was quite uninviting due to a moldy smell, and the lack of elevators made navigating the stairs cumbersome for anyone with heavy luggage. Overall, I had a decent stay, but it's definitely rough around the edges.

Rooms
6.0
The double bed was comfortable, and the en-suite was clean, although the sink problem was frustrating. My room was quiet, which allowed for a good night's sleep, but I was troubled by the plumbing issues.
Service
5.0
The reception staff was friendly at check-in, but I did notice some lapses in professionalism, like a staff member snoring on the couch during my checkout.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore London, though the immediate area felt a bit rough at night.
Dining
5.0
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there were nearby dining options for low-cost meals, which was a plus for budget travelers like me.
Facilities
5.0
Basic amenities were available, but the outdated decor and some maintenance issues were disappointing. I appreciated the clean common areas, though.

During my stay at Pasha Hotel, I experienced a mixture of positives and negatives. The location was convenient for public transport, making it easy to navigate London. The cleanliness of my room was commendable, but I faced issues with noise and amenities that left much to be desired. Overall, while it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at, it certainly didn't meet my expectations, especially for a boutique style stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was generally clean and had basic amenities. However, it was quite outdated, with soft beds and peeling paint, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus. However, I did notice some moments where they seemed overwhelmed or unavailable, like when I had trouble locating someone at the front desk.
Location
7.0
The hotel’s position was great for accessing bus routes into central London, which made exploring the city easy. Though, the area felt a bit sketchy at times, especially at night.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited during my stay, as the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed, and the alternative choices in the area weren't appealing. I ended up snacking on free biscuits instead.
Facilities
5.0
Overall facilities felt basic and in need of upgrades. While there were a few essentials like tea and coffee facilities, other amenities were lacking, which affected my overall experience.

My stay at Pasha Hotel was marked by a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is conveniently located near transport links, making it easy to explore London. However, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable access to the third-floor room with no lift. Overall, while I appreciated the character of the place, it left much to be desired. 🚶‍♂️😟

Rooms
5.0
The room was decent in size but unfortunately not well-maintained, featuring dusty surfaces and a musty smell reminiscent of damp. The bathroom showed signs of wear, and the bed was not the most comfortable. Additionally, access was a nightmare with steep staircases and no lift, which added to the overall discomfort.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a bright spot in my stay. They assisted with my bags and tried to resolve my room situation when I brought up my concerns. Their warmth made an otherwise difficult experience a bit better.
Location
6.0
The location was decent, being on a major road with easy bus access into central London. There were supermarkets and restaurants close by, making it convenient for dining options. However, the surrounding area felt a bit dodgy at times, which was unsettling.
Dining
5.0
I opted for breakfast during my stay, which was quite satisfying, although the service was a bit slow and lacked attention. The food itself was tasty enough to make up for the wait, but I wish the dining experience had been smoother.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic amenities, such as a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, which were useful. However, the overall state of the facilities seemed lacking, with various maintenance issues present throughout the hotel.
